- ✗Infringe intellectual property rights including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights
- ✗Generate spam or bulk automated content for manipulation or SEO abuse
- ✗Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction or ours
- ✗Circumvent technical restrictions or attempt to reverse engineer our Service
- ✗Use stolen credentials or payment methods
4. Content Ownership & Rights
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the legal right to use all photos you upload
- You have obtained all necessary consents from individuals depicted in photos
- Your use of the Service does not violate any third-party rights
- Generated content will be used responsibly and ethically
Disclosure requirement: When sharing AI-generated content publicly, you should clearly disclose that the content was created using AI technology. This promotes transparency and helps prevent misinformation.
5. Monitoring & Enforcement
We do not promise proactive review of every upload. When we receive a credible report or identify a violation while operating the Service, we may:
- Investigate reported violations
- Remove or disable access to violating content
