  • Failed generation jobs may return a reserved credit when the failure handler completes

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original photos and content. By using our Service:

  • You grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service
  • You retain rights you already hold in the photos, audio, and other source content you submit
  • You are responsible for securing all permissions needed for your intended use of generated output
  • You grant us a limited license to process and store inputs and outputs solely to operate the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Specific quality or accuracy of generated videos
  • Compatibility with all devices or formats

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
