We use HTTPS for data in transit. Media objects are private and are accessed through short-lived signed URLs when a browser or the configured AI provider needs them. A signed URL can be used by anyone who obtains it until it expires, so you should not share preview links.

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share your information only in these circumstances:

• Service Providers: Third-party companies that help us operate our Service (AI processing, payment, hosting)

Uploaded photos and audio expire after 24 hours. Free-preview videos expire after 24 hours, and paid generated videos expire after 30 days. An automated cleanup process removes expired objects; deletion can occur after the expiry time rather than at the exact second it is reached. Account, payment, fraud-prevention, and aggregate operational records may be retained longer where necessary. Signed-in users can start permanent account deletion from the Dashboard; you may also contact us to request deletion, subject to technical backups and legal retention requirements.
